The screw driving path is controlled by the manipulator programming, the pneumatic screw feeding system works together, and the detection of screw sliding teeth, floating lock and missing lock is added; the whole set of equipment is fully automatic, and the biggest advantage of this mode of automatic screw machine is flexibility, stability and high efficiency. According to the set coordinates, the machine automatically completes the product locking. Z axis can be installed with 2 or 4 electric batch locks at the same time, with high production efficiency.
